Unable to navigate through the recovery menu
There are models with which you navigate with the VOL+ and VOL- keys, and others for which you use the touch screen.
If the problem still continues, we advise you to restore the factory settings. This operation will erase all data from your tablet, so we recommend you make a copy. To restore your tablet to its original state, go to:
Settings > Backup and restore > Restore factory settings > Retore tablet.
